Any of my days may start at 5:30 am. From that moment on, possibly still in bed, I thank God for the new opportunities that the new day brings. I never forget been grateful to God in the early hours of the morning which means that my awakening is a mixture of variations and routine.
Then, I get up for a quick shower because at 6 o’clock I go for a walk on mountain trails.
Before leaving home, I turn on the phone to communicate with my companions on the way and greet the contacts. I try not to do it before so as not to be distracted and lose time
At 6:00 or 6:30am I take my thermos with water, my bag with the phone that cannot be missed and I go out to the new encounter with nature which, by the way, is never the same as another one. I practice this activity from Monday to Friday and sometimes on the weekends.
My walk lasts 3 or 4 hours a day approximately. I return home at about 10/10:30.
Now it’s time for a relaxed shower, without hurrying, without rushing and without being interrupted by anyone.
Then comes «breakfast», a cup of coffee, an «arepita», toast or fruit. It depends on what’s in my fridge.
I continue to order some things, the bed, the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom.. and turn on the computer.
I spend some important time at steemit. On the computer I can stay two or three hours, from the phone I have the opportunity to check more.
I take a break later, take my 15-minute nap, make food for my husband and daughter, and then go back to steemit. I talk with my friends, we interact, evaluate, propose strategies for publication, investment and entrepreneurship and so on, we go on, we move forward.
In my evening I can read, watch TV, talk with the family, or anything else we can think of.
Obviously, this that I detail is not a continuous routine, only my walking activities are. The other things can vary, the monotony tires me out, bores me and can even stress me so I better look for things to keep my mind busy without so much whining and complaining.
